Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are exclusive of VAT.

Orders placed by 1pm Monday - Friday will be eligible for processing for Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Next Day Delivery is via APC and starts at £10.50 (excl. VAT) - please note that total shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight and are subject to increase.

IMPORTANT: Where a product states that there is an expected lead time, this could affect the delivery schedule of your entire order.

At Engineering Design & Supplies Ltd, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. As an approved distributor of high-quality 3D printing materials, we understand the importance of reliability and excellent service. Below is our refund policy, which applies to all purchases made through our company.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Faulty or Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon delivery or develops a fault within the warranty period.

  • Incorrect products delivered: If the items received do not match your order.

  • Unwanted or Unused Products: If the product is no longer needed, it must be returned in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Non-refundable Items

We regret that the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items that are returned without their original packaging and accessories.

  • Products purchased as part of a clearance or sale marked as “non-refundable”.

  • Custom or made-to-order products unless faulty.

Process for Refunds

To request a refund:

  • Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 14 days of delivery via email at [enquiries@]. Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Return Authorisation: We will provide instruction on how to return the product, including a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, where applicable.

  • Shipping Returns:

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

  • Any delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    Next-Day Delivery Service Refunds

    If a next-day delivery order fails to arrive on time due to circumstances within our control, we will:

  • Offer a full refund of the delivery fee.

  • Investigate and resolve the delay promptly.

    Delivery Policy

    We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed outside of our delivery zone.

  • All returns must comply with the UK Consumer Right Act 2015 and any relevant laws.
